Well I think Day 2 went pretty well actually! I stuck to my diet and think I did a good job overall. :)
Brekkie
- Jimmie D Lights Breakfast Sandwich (230 calories)
- 8 raspberries (would have had more but I wasn't really feeling them, boo)
- Diet Coke
Lunch
- Sandwich (bread - 90 calories, 2 slices turkey, 1 slice low fat swiss cheese, mustard)
- 100 calories of tortilla chips
- 100 calorie pack of chocolate pretzels
- 1/4 of a cantaloupe
- Diet Coke
Snack
- About 45 calories worth of carrots
- Sparkling mineral water (0 calories!)
Dinner
- Delicious whole wheat pasta w/chicken and mushrooms with a garlic lemony sauce
- Green beans w/a little bit of butter
- Diet Coke
Dessert
- 2 mini raw cookies (about 25 calories)
- Skinny Cow Chocolate Peanut Butter ice cream sandwich (150 calories)
