Today I am going to post our starting photos, weights and goals. From now on, every evening each of us will post, listing what we had to eat that day as well as what kind of workout we did. Every Sunday morning we will weigh in to see if we lost any weight that week. Here goes nothing!
Aaron - current weight: 229 - goal weight: 200

Beth - current weight: _ _ 7 (I am not brave enough to put a # up) - goal weight loss: 100 pounds (I realize that is a lofty goal that will take a VERY long time to reach, but that is my goal)
