here goes.
1) Breakfast: Jimmy Dean's Delight Turkey Sausage and Egg White Crossiant with black coffee and water
2) Lunch: Two turkey and cheese mini sandwhiches with yellow mustard
and a diet coke (I went to my coworker's retirement party at work during my lunch break...FREE LUNCH)!
3) Dinner: Subway 6 inch turkey and cheese sub w/ mustard no mayo, lettuce tomato and a pickle with water to drink.
I did not get a chance to work out today.
