Aaron - Day 2

It's Diet Day Two!

Today, I woke up and had another Jimmy De-Light Turkey Sausage crossiant and some black coffee for breakfast.  If you're trying to cut a few calories, skip on the creamer and drink coffee black.   Also another habit I've picked up over the last few years is having a glass of water every morning when I wake up.

I did not eat any snacks in between meals.

I did not have any bread at my apartment, so I decided it was best to eat healthy for lunch.   I got a 6" turkey sub from Subway with no mayonaise or cheese but I loaded up on some lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalepeno peppers, and vinegar.  A great way to add substance without adding that many calories.  To complement this delicious sandwich I ate some Baked Lay's Sour Cream and Onion potato chips and a green tea to drink.

Only seven more hours to dinner...

For dinner, I ate with the girlfriend, and her dad made this delicious meal of whole wheat pasta with chicken and mushrooms in a lemony garlic sauce and some green beans.  I tell you....that man can cook!!!

Lastly for dessert, I had two raw cookies from whole foods, not too bad...and lastly I ate a Skinny Cow Chocolate and Peanut butter ice cream sandwich.  Very good for 150 calories.
