- I have been recreating my salad from Austin Grill for lunch everyday this week - so good! - grilled chicken, romaine, carrots, red onion, black beans, grilled corn, cheese and a lime vinaigrette
- 140-calorie dessert
Snack

Dinner
- Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken, rice, corn salsa, sour cream and lettuce) - also had a few of my mom's chips and a little guacamole

Day 17 - Aaron
Breakfast: Jimmy Dean DeLight turkey sausage and cheese crossiant with a glass of water and decaf coffee.
Lunch: I ate my lunch while driving around so I could work out during my lunch break. I did 30 min on elliptical and some machines. My lunch consisted of a turkey and cheese sandwich, a banana, and 3 sourdough pretzels.
Dinner: Healthy Choice grilled chicken, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables...yuck! I was not impressed. So, for Friday night when I'm back at the apartment, I got Spinach and Feta Cheese pierogies. I just looked at the box, only 60 calories per pierogie! Yum Yum
Can't wait to see my SMAPE tomorrow night!

Ok so this post is a day late but better late than never!
Breakfast: I ate a Jimmy De-Light, a glass of water, and some coffee.
I was able to work out during my lunch break burned some calories by doing the elliptical and a couple other exercises such as push ups and situps.
Lunch: A turkey and cheese sandwich with mustard on rye bread, 3 sourdough pretzels, and a banana.
Dinner: The Smape's mama made this delicious oven baked chicken with low fat cream cheese and some broccoli on the side. i'm wondering how it would have tasted if it was hot and spicy salsa.
Dessert: Skinny Cow: Chocolate Fudge Brownie ice cream....amazing this stuff only is 130 calories...(i think that's how much).

Day 14 - Aaron
Today I woke up and weighed myself...228 lbs.
- Current weight: 228
- Week 2 weight loss: 0 pound
- Total weight loss: 1 pound
- Pounds until goal weight: 28
I did not eat breakfast, I had a cup of coffee from dunkin donuts and an iced coffee from there as well.
For lunch, I ate a chicken burrito bowl from chipotle with lettuce, rice, beans, corn, and too much sour cream and cheese.
I snacked periodcialy on Fischer's popcorn, I'd say I had about a cup.
For dinner me and the roommate, had Papa John's pizza....chicken, green pepper, and onion. I only had two pieces as I was still full from lunch.

Day 14 - Beth
Not happy.

- Total weight loss: 4 pounds
- Pounds until goal weight: 96
Well ... that says it all. Clearly I failed miserably this week. I ate poorly and did not exercise at all. What do I expect right? I need to do better this week and, unfortunately, I did not really start today. (oh, I forgot that yesterday I had about 1/4 of a box of brownies, awesome).

Snack - Skinny Cow ice cream and cantaloupe
Dinner - chicken salad with lime vinaigrette (tried to recreate my meal from last night) - had romaine, chicken, black beans, corn, carrots, red onion, grilled chicken (marinated in lime juice, tequila, little evoo, salt, pepper, cilantro and garlic) and cojita cheese - vinaigrette was lime juice, apple cider vinegar, cilantro, garlic, salt and pepper

Night. Hope tomorrow I eat better and have a better attitude as well.
